Do I need my own domain name?
No. Every accepted website includes a free subdomain, so you can get online without buying a domain. If you already own one, or decide to purchase one, you can use that instead.
Can I use my own hosting?
No. Websites created through our Free Website Programme are built using our website platform, where the builder, hosting and underlying infrastructure are all integrated. Because of this, they can't be exported or hosted elsewhere.
How long will it take to build my website?
Most websites are completed within 7 days of receiving your completed onboarding questionnaire.
Can I edit the website myself?
Yes. You'll have access to update your business information, services, images and contact details whenever you need to. No technical knowledge is required.
Can I request additional pages or features?
Our Free Website Programme is designed for simple one-page websites. If you need additional pages or more advanced features, you can upgrade to one of our paid website plans at any time.
Can I upgrade my website later?
Yes. If you ever decide you'd like a larger website or additional features, we'll be happy to help.

Applications
All applications are reviewed individually. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, and we reserve the right to decline any application at our discretion.
Programme Scope
The Free Website Programme is intended for simple one-page business websites. Additional pages, eCommerce and other advanced functionality are not included, but can be added later through one of our paid website plans.
What's Included
Accepted applications receive a customised one-page website, free hosting and a free subdomain.
Domains
You may use the free subdomain provided with the programme or connect your own domain name. If you purchase a domain through us, it will be registered in your name and remain your property.
Website Content
You are responsible for providing the text, images and other content required to build your website, and for ensuring you have the necessary rights or permission to use all content supplied.
Website Management
Once your website has been completed, you'll be able to update your business information, images and other website content through your customer portal.
Keeping Your Website Active
We may occasionally contact you to confirm your business is still operating and that your website information remains up to date. If we are unable to contact you after reasonable attempts, we reserve the right to suspend or remove your website from the programme.
Suspension and Removal
We reserve the right to suspend or remove any website from the programme where necessary, including but not limited to inactivity, misuse of the programme, breaches of these terms, or if the programme is modified or discontinued.
Changes to the Programme
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or withdraw the Free Website Programme at any time. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide advance notice of any changes affecting existing websites.
